ADULT HOSPITALIZATION PROCEDURE

• Voluntary clients with private insurance need to be hospitalized at the hospital that their insurance company authorizes. 
• For Involuntary clients, the ER worker will have to find a bed at one of the listed hospitals.
• If possible, the ER worker will obtain a release of information from the client prior to their transport to the Psychiatric Hospital.
